Totally agree. I stopped playing squad because felt like I was an anchor to my team. I was way overwhelmed.

Yep, it's a relatively new thing that I've seen on multiple channels. Bots claiming to be the uploader telling people to go to telegram for a reward.

I bought squad after watching Karma for a while, I'm not an experienced milsim player, played Flashpoint a bit as a kid, that's it, I wanted the experience of working as a team but was super disappointed that I could never find a server with a good squad leader and the gameplay meta felt cheesed. Maybe I'll start back up redo the tutorial and play a few games of vanilla squad and then try this mod out.

I think it may be time to do another DD overview video. SO MUCH has changed sense your last one. And there still seems to be a lot of players joining that just don't know the basic ins and outs of DD.
SL burn out is soo real already. I often see people start a squad just to leave it in hopes of forcing someone into SL role. I think it would be a good move to remove CMD radio as it is. Force squad to squad coms, and only allow CMDr to speak to all squads. It can be hard enough handling coms with just squad/local in combat, let alone 11 SLS using command coms like squad coms. And/or, make it so that the radio has to be actually equipped, like you do Bino's or shovel, in order to use the radio.
Karma I am curious how you set your audio? Do you mute local etc. I know you must have it set to reduce certain coms to end up in your videos for obvious reasons.
SL burn out has been real since day 1 back when servers were only up on the weekend. It's just a part of the job. Not for everybody.

karma it is quite clear that the squad is not comparable to the new Battlefield squad is a real military simulation the problem is that I am a console and there is no squad on the console, so they don't make games like this too. Now on new gen like Arma 3 I have flashpoint on the ps3 I think Mahl played there and now they are not able to play squad games with a NextGen console
I really enjoy your videos! You have a great narrator voice and should purse being an Audible voice author. However, while watching a lot of your videos, I would recommend bleeping out the F-Bombs and other profanity from paritcipants playing with you. Videos without profanity always rasing the quality of its entertainment factor for the general public.
No one gives a shit about profanity. They're just fucking words. Grow up, you're watching someone play a game that is trying to simulate killing people with high-caliber weapons and explosives......And your knees are knocking at a few swear words
