I got on Holy after a month long fast. I met someone but the guy literally was not it (looked like it, sounded like it but definitely was not the man of God he was trying to portray) & guess what the day I had said let me just leave this app alone someone waved at me. Next thing you know we are on FT and talked for hours. The next day 4hrs of FT just sharing testimonies talking about the Lord etc. And before we hung up the man prayed over me….we are allowing ourselves to build a friendship & see where it goes. I literally said I’m only on Holy to be found & im like wow 🤯 we shall see what happens btw I found out about Holy because of you sis 🙏🏾
Woah, that’s pretty cool. I had a few of those before deciding to hop off 😂 I thank God I remained and didn’t delete the app. My husband is the best. Excited to hear more of your journey!
@@kelliew.4285 I had actually asked the Lord about going on this fast for a lot of reasons. More so for clarity & revelation. The fast was actually Tiphani Montgomery’s TYOTB fast and it really dealt with breaking generational curses, strongholds, and things off your family. The last 5 days were the ones that spoke more on the marriage aspect. I do believe that during this fast a lot of things were broken off me especially because the Type of men that have approached have been more aligned with the Lord but you still have to be mindful of counterfeits. It was a great experience and I really am glad I did it.
Sister, I feel really embarrassed that in 12 years I didn’t put myself out there on a dating app since following Jesus. Should I have done so earlier? I always felt I needed to work on myself first. I’m now 41 and I’m so embarrassed xxxx
Embarrassment is a choice! No longer will you wallow in it. You did what was best. Now you acknowledge it and ask God how to position you for this next season of life. Watch what he does and how he’ll use that last 12 years as a testimony.
I’m excited about this app. I’ve never been excited about a dating until hearing you. Thank you❤ Blessings
Follow God! Be patient. Enjoy the process 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

Were you fasting for a husband, if you don't mind me asking?

@@kelliew.4285 No. I lived a fasted life style, but for a husband specifically I did not.
@@janaecarlee Sorry I was trying to ask the commenter. It's great that you didn't fast for a husband. That can lead to deception.
Hey girl. Which dating app did you use?
