I'm sitting here listening to this while I do some outlining and world building for a fantasy novel, and the stretch from 16:20 to 24:29 was PERFECT for what I'm writing. The upbeat action music at the start of that section fit nicely as I was writing about a character's journey to find the spell that would save his sister. He knows this spell is likely to kill him, but he's doing it anyway for her, because he blames himself for everything that happened to her (it really is partially his fault anyway). Then the music slowed down and grew mournful as I was writing about his preparation to perform the spell, as he stops to say his final words to his companion, making him promise to take his sister back home, to get her away from all of this (as if she'd ever make it that easy). As soon as I finished writing that section, the music picked up again for the actual activation of the spell, a swirling vortex of light and earthshaking thunder. I've had music inspire scenes before, but this was like a movie playing in my head, the perfect score to a scene I already more or less had figured out, but was only just writing down. Thanks for posting this.

I just cant get over the fact that every time i listen to this i just get a replay of cap and his life story in my head every time. I'm sitting here listening to this while I do some outlining and world building for a fantasy novel, and the stretch from 16:20 to 24:29 was PERFECT for what I'm writing. The upbeat action music at the start of that section fit nicely as I was writing about a character's journey to find the spell that would save his sister. He knows this spell is likely to kill him, but he's doing it anyway for her, because he blames himself for everything that happened to her (it really is partially his fault anyway).
Then the music slowed down and grew mournful as I was writing about his preparation to perform the spell, as he stops to say his final words to his companion, making him promise to take his sister back home, to get her away from all of this (as if she'd ever make it that easy). As soon as I finished writing that section, the music picked up again for the actual activation of the spell, a swirling vortex of light and earthshaking thunder.
I've had music inspire scenes before, but this was like a movie playing in my head, the perfect score to a scene I already more or less had figured out, but was only just writing down. Thanks for posting this.

Every day am reaching for the stars, some days a little higher than others but if your reading this then i wish you nothing but the best, your here because your listening to the same tune as me and thats 1 thing we have in common. Infrasound is POWERFULL
I love the compilations you guys create and are the source of my gym sessions and 3d modelling workflow. However 2:18 into this and up to 3:40 is just incredible and then leads into a last push to the line sort of feeling. Keep up the amazing compilation work, Epic music VN fan always.
