I am losing my hairline drastically and now from the crown of my head. I have never tried Indulekha. I used regular coconut oil but no positive result. I dont want to use any oil but am concerned that my hair will become dry and rough without oil. Is Minoxidil a better option for this? About your DHT video, all my hair looks thin. So I can't say its DHT or not. I have Hypothyroidism. And here you showed my Hyperthyroidism is one of the reasons in Indulekha instruction manual. There is no mention of Hypothyroidism. So am confused again. Could you please reply on this?? However, I have started with a healthy nutrition, yoga, headstand(not perfect yet), Balayam. Long way to go !
Sir, don't go for Indulekha, just follow what you have started, believe me, you will get great result if you follow for atleast 6 months with full dedication. And if you follow that, then no need to go for minoxidil as well
