Yeah the island really is great!
There are actually 14 islands of Netherlands but like 4 are pretty small and are only small sand banks with little to no vegetation but a lot of birds and seals,only 5 are the main islands.

Do you need a car to visit all the sites on Texel?
I mean a car makes the distances smaller but everything is well connected with bicycle paths as well 😊
