Austin! Did u know while riding basculegion if you jump and throw a poke'ball while mid air you will go into a slow motion ADS (aim down sight). Was not aware of this mechanic until the end of the post game
WAIT THERE WAS A DOOR?!? I spent half an hour chucking feather balls from the bottom of the galaxy building, including time spent grinding materials to get more feather balls

Thank you for the list. For anyone begoing through this I can confirm that O can be caught with a normal pokeball (just done it first try) but feather ball as mentioned is much easier.

I've been marking these on my map as I find them because I couldn't figure out what to do with them. I tried to interact, throw a Pokémon out, and throw a ball out and none of it worked. Now it appears I just missed with my previous poke ball throws.
These guides are so helpful! I've beaten the main story and I'm trying to 100% the game (full dex, ideally to lv. 10, and all quests) so this is super helpful!
100% every dex page too, go for legendary! Lol

I think I'll only 100% the ones I want to shiny hunt, but that might change. Though getting pages like Munchlax's and Happiny's would be a challenge to be sure.
@@raptorcharly8055 honestly there’s a area in the ice area (forgot name) where blissey,chansey and happiny spawn and it’s not that difficult

Unknown W was my favorite to find, I was up there taking a screenshot with mt. Coronet and then walked to the other side and I was like “huh… those are some weird eyes…” it took me a second to realize it was an unknown
Thanks for the guide. Helped me catch up to all of them before the Icelands. I actually managed to find a shiny bibarel at the dam too while looking so that’s pretty cool.
It's scary how I can read Unown as easily as English..

according to the Anime, they live there guarded a gold-colored cube, the Spear Key
Hopeful wishes for something in the dlc. But something as minor as this probably won't make the cut. Maybe they hint the dlc at tomorrow's direct?

This whole Unown catching has been a great experience to me. The first one I randomly found (and I wasn't even trying to find anyone at that moment) was Unown D, which is my (name's first) letter! After that, I started reading the clues out loud ans scared my sister 'cause she couldn't understand those letters

This was the final side quest I had before completing my Pokedex, thanks so much for always providing such quality and entertaining content!
My favorite thing is how you sometimes talk to the pokemon like they can hear you. "Hey there Clefairy's, wanna come along? No? Well ok then..."
It's the best. (I know I do it too haha.)
i actually enjoyed decyphering the clues and trying to find them on my own, it was very fun
Best game design for collectables since everything.
You start with all the hints and no need for random backtracking for a missing boi.
I highly recommend not watching this video just for the joy.

I finally completed the whole Pokédex for the first time in my life thanks Austin for the help!
I got all the unown without the help of a guide. Felt pretty good to do a quest like this without the Internet. I’m also trying to do the wisps without a guide too, but that’s harder. I’m at 98/107 so I’m close. If I give up I’ll be sure to watch your videos on the ones I missed
Got all the wisps! I feel like I rely on the Internet too much for video games nowadays so it was satisfying completing this quest. Good thing there’s not 900 of them like in botw

12:00 I already have all the Unown. I'm literally just watching this because I like how Austin John Plays does his videos and I want to support him. I have beaten the Post-Game and am working on "Catching 'em all" like I "gotta" and I had no idea about that door. I almost can't believe I learned something new in this video. I just tried hitting the W with a jet ball and it eventually worked.

Thanks for the guide! Loved the way the video was set up. I finally figured out how the pastures are filled (100 hours in) and set up the Unown I already caught so it would fill in in alphabetical order. Love it.
Very helpful. Although when I saw that question mark Unown dangling behind the clothes line of the house I burst out laughing at that. It clearly had 0 fricks to give as it was just chilling there. XD

I found all these a couple of days ago, but I'm still watching because your videos are entertaining. (also thanks for the wisp videos, very helpful)
As I was following your guide, I'd use my shiny Garchomp to mine ore and other things, and when I'd let him out, the shiny noise would ring thinking "yesss got myself another shiny somewhere around here" I'd literally be searching for half an hour before giving up....turns out it was my own shiny making the noise...never felt so dumb in my life
I mean...It's not even the same sound lol

Only thing I could find that looks like a message is "Gerl is bad!?" which is in the top row and the majority of the second row. The rest is either your collection of Unown or it's a long and hard anagram.

I had no idea there were hints for their locations in the pokedex until I had spent 12 hours hunting them down blind. I found 25/28 of them looking in every corner of every map. Once I discovered there were hints I got the last three in fifteen minutes. Ahhhh
I mean... the game does tell you that you can see the hints

I wondered why you didn't do it by area however through going through your video and rezoning into areas all the time I caught 4 random shinies while collecting these unknowns so thank you very much! I've left these as my last pokemon to get research Level 10 so maybe that's why I got lucky with shinies during this.
