'Leila forohar' she is an 'Iranian singer' and I don't know about the guy I guess he might be from Afghanistan if I'm not wrong, and the language is definitely Persian but in a accent that afghans speak 👉🏻 persian (Dari) . So all in all that's actually a nice song 🇮🇷🇦🇫
