    Probably the best tutorial video there is on TH-cam! Made changing the relay on my Z800 the easiest thing!! Thanks so much

    Thanks for the informative video's. Are you able to show how to open the front sprocket case on the z800? I really want to clean the case & chain.. Kind regards..

      Sorry...those bikes are very rare here. Tough to get one in house for a video, and we do not have any incentive because we already made all the videos for the parts we manufacture for that bike.

    This vid, and the one for the integrated tail light are going to be invaluable for me soon. I just bought a 2016 z800, and I'm getting ready to purchase the TST Industries integrated tail light, fender eliminator, stealth plate light, and the relay.

      Awesome. Once you are done with the transformation we would love to see some photos.

    Nice video in perfect quality. My problem is: Only my left side is flashing on double speed. (Rizoma-LED-Flashers installed) I've also installed resisters at all four and everything has worked fine for three years now. Has anybody a idea what the problem could be?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I believe that one of your resistors on the side that is flashing fast developed a poor connection. Please check the connections and clean their contacts and you will likely fix your problem.

    Does the ELFR-1 flasher relay will fit oem on the kawasaki z800? I will change all four flasher on my Z800 and it says that it needs resistors in order to make them flash at a normal rate. Will the ELFR-1 fit and replace/resolve the problem for all 4 flasher? Thank you!!

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      ELFR-1 is from a different company. We offer our Gen2 relay for this bike. Our relay replaces the OEM unit and controls all signals on the bike. If you change out all four signals, or do some combination of OEM and aftermarket our Gen2 relay will work without issue. The link to the category of products where you will find the relay is: tstindustries.com/Kawasaki-Z800-2013-2016/

    Do you know if there is enough place for a ballast (needed for xenon) to stick up the coolingwater tank or at the other side?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry....we did not survey that detail of the bike so I can't be sure of enough room for a ballast.

    Hi. On your product page, it says that if your bike has hazard lights, it may need the 4 pin. I have a 2013 Z800 with hazard lights (I can also see in this video that your Z800 has hazard lights). Will my Z800 need the 4 pin or 2 pin? Also, do you ship to Australia? Thanks :)

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      The best course of action is to find the relay on your bike, take some photos of its plug and pin configuration, and then send those over to our customer service guys. They will be able to match you up with the proper relay. We do ship to Australia. It's one of our most popular international regions we sell to.

    I have got inline relays for each indicator on my bike, however the hazard lights do not work. If I remove these relays and install this one main flasher relay will this allow my hazard lights to work again?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      What I think you are saying is that you have resistors wired into your signaling system for the purpose of slowing down your flash rate. I don't know how your bike is configured so it is tough to say what is preventing your hazard lights from turning on. On the bikes that have hazard lights the function is typically supported by our flasher relays, as long as the bike isn't modified in some other way that prevents that function from working.

    Will your hazards still work?I have a z800, about to buy the taillight, fender eliminator and the relay. But in the relay description it says it may need a for pin if your bike has hazards. The z800 does.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would say the best approach would be to take a look your OE relay plug and see if it matches the one we sell. If it does you're good to go.

      @@TSTindustries Thank you kindly for the response. I took a gamble and ordered the whole kit yall have for the z800. If it doesn't fit no biggy! I'll just order another one!
      EDIT: Oh and thank you for making the videos! Will help make installation a breeze!

    is mandatory install the led flasher, if you install de integrated tail light?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The taillight comes with load balancing resistors. You can wire those in instead. The relay is only for slowing down the flash rate. The resistors do the same thing, they are just more difficult to install and then you have heated elements that you have to keep away from painted plastics. Our relay makes the job easier, faster, and the result is a more professional installation. The choice is yours, but we recommend slowing the flash rate to an OEM speed for this taillight to perform properly.

      in some place I read that i need to be sure if my OEM relay is 2 or 4 pin? you have both?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      We have a 4-pin relay but there is no guarantee that it is the one you will need. Best course of action is to find your relay and send us a photo of it. We can determine what will best suit your needs.
