A copy and paste from the Health Build guide on the wiki: "Def % to lvl 23 (Def % has a 98% hard cap, this can be reached in farming with a lvl 23 lab and a max lvl (25) Standard Bonus Perk Lab + max lvl Def% card and a Def% Stat on an ancestral Module"
