This approach works well, I start by picking up some trash then ask others if they can help. Always have someone who does and I get a chance to educate as we are cleaning up the beach. I would love to hire and train some Eco Warriors to go around and do the same. I have suggested it to the governments, thousands of employees available, but too much work to make a new paid position I guess.
