As a native English speaker, I honestly don’t care if you make slight mistakes when speaking English. As long as I can understand you, it’s good enough for me. Heck, the fact you can speak a whole other language is enough to impress me and most other people. That’s just my thoughts anyway. As for your accent, I really like it! I actually find it endearing in a way. Overall, keep your head up! Be proud of your accent and the fact you can speak a second language. Make a few mistakes? That’s ok as you’re only human. Heck, I know a lot of native speakers who’re bad with grammar and spelling so don’t feel dumb if you make a few yourself.
The joys of the french school system making you self conscious about your accent, I know it too well aswell ... D'ont worry your accent is not bad at all !
your accent is nice! it isn't difficult to understand at all, and really just makes you unique, and although it is thick, i can tell you it is not nearly as difficult to understand as some southern americans or uk folks. every english speaking area has a unique accent, and its beautiful!
@@OneTrickWolfy It just means it is noticeable! A thick accent is easy to hear and can usually be used to figure out where someone may be from or what their native language is. A thin accent would be difficult to figure out!
Aye bro, nothing is wrong with your accident. As a Trinidadian Furry from the Caribbean in the island of Trinidad and Tobago my accent may be broken and informal but I won't feel shame about it because I am who I am I am who I speak and I should embrace the side of me. Yes, I would speak proper talking to people away. But never feel shame about your accent. Every accent has it's beauty in their own way. It's okay.
Your accent is a part of where you come from. A legacy you carry with you. Do not be ashamed or awkward of it. I am a mid-western American. i have an accent, too! It shows to those who know where I came from! Never be ashamed or embarrassed. Be you! 🐺
Your accent is just normal! At least for me, as an Argentinian. I am not used to hear many different accents too often, but when I do, it just makes me remember when I started talking to people foreign to my native language. Half a year after I started talking to people in english, I easily grew up a weird slow British accent x3 and I love it cause I love British accent. My bestie is actually a sweet British ^^ It's all about practice and practice, and make it usual. Now, I'm more of an english speaker than a spanish one. Sometimes I even teach to my english teachers XD
@@OneTrickWolfy Of course! I would recommend you to hang out with people in furry servers. Most of them are kind, and a great way to help. I meet my besties at Twitter, but I grew up more people into my friends list hanging in public servers. If you're shy, don't worry, people is shy as well ^w^
@@OneTrickWolfy Well, imagine me. I'm from South America. -5 hours to Europe and +2 hours to USA. It's weird. Hanging out with Australians is the worst for me. However, I don't take it as an argument, because managing my time to hang out depends on me.

You're putting in the effort to adopt a new language and English is a difficult enough one as is! Your accent may change naturally with time, but there's no need to force it. As a random individual who landed on this video, a native English speaker at that, I can say with confidence that you sound entirely fine. Bullies will always find a way to come up with material to mock others with and that'll never change. They're painfully creative, I'll give them that... But at the end of the day, I sincerely doubt they've put in a fraction of the effort you have and their insults should be ignored as if they were never heard.
Fortunately I reached a point where I can finally communicate with others easily. I still struggle a tad when I am exhausted, but it's improving as I grow older. I wouldn't say bullies are the one who hurt me the most. Seeing friends pushing me away to avoid doing extra effort is what crushed my soul in the past! Groups are never easy though you'd expect friends to be supportive 😅
When ever I hear a person who has accent I admire them because in most cases that means that they have learned English on there own will so that is what people should see an accent as something to admire a person for
Y'all like it when I am a 100% natural? 0:

I have this problem where I would sometimes say different words with different accents, and English is my first language, currently learning Spanish.
