Can i apply by SC ST catagory EMD registeration amount instead of General category EMD amount even though my cast certificate is not issued by the UP Government??
As per Yieda website, it should be issued by UP government
Out of the plots reserved for Institutional functional units/establishments and farmers of whose land has been acquired by YEIDA/ JEWAR AIRPORT, 21% and 2% plots will be reserved for SC/ST applicants respectively.
Do all SC / ST eligible for this or only SC / ST farmers whose land is acquired?

one of the rule says- Those who have been already allotted residential plot/ flat in any scheme are not eligible to get allotment under this scheme.
this rule is for anywhere in India or just in Uttar Pradesh or Yeida ?
This is only if you have been previously allotted plot in Yeida.

If you have Commercial, Industrial or Institutional unit in YEIDA then you are in this category, else you are not.

You can edit the application if you haven’t paid the registration money. Go to your application form

Total applications 1lakh+ cross karny ke chances hai.
No one can predict kitni ayengi, but generally costlier plots mein kam applications aati. But don’t overgo your budget
If paid through credit card then also challan will be generated. Or payment receipt can be generated
If paid through credit card then no need to generate challan.

1. Lease Deed Amount (10% of total plot amount) + Stamp Duty (7% of total plot amount) + Registration Charges (1% of total plot amount) is payable only after possession and during lease deed execution right? We don't need to pay these amounts in 60 days time that is given on successful allotment?
2. I believe we need to do 40% completion of the plot in 3 years after the execution of the lease deed to get the completion/occupancy certificate? Is this correct?
3. Is the transfer of ownership allowed after possession? Can I sell the plot after possession? In the brochure, it is written transfer of ownership is not allowed and requires written approval from the CEO of YEIDA?

120*25,900 = 31,08,000 total price of 120 sq mtr plot. Registration money is 10% of it, so it would be 3,10,800.

Different file for each document. Each file either in jpg, jpeg or png format. Each file has to be max 200KB. ICICI would give loan, not fill form. Payment can be done through RTGS
