Before each round you try placing a coin on the green between your ball and the hole. Address your putt and see if the coin looks like it is inline with the hole. That could help you calibrate how you see the putt.

@@PeterKnightGolf i missed two yesterday less than two feet it's hard to tell which eye takes over once i'm over the ball i'm sure there is an optical explanation and sometimes i have no problem it's easy to cure while bird or rabbit hunting make sure left eye is closed before pulling trigger with both eyes open i can physically change which eye i'm focusing with. With a gun i know which eye to focus with because the sights are aligned down my right eye but with putter hole is to my left and i think but not sure i do better when i can focus on both hole and ball which in reality is not focused then throw in a bad stroke and throw everything i think out the window

Feel the greens, keep the club face square to the ball, stroke smooth. Dont over think it.

This guy clearly has never watched the pros. Putting is a game of nerves and when you're playing for BIG MONEY, even a 14" can be missed. Sure, his drills will work when you're out there practicing with no pressure and nothing on the line. Phil Michelson makes 100 three footers in a row but he still misses a three footer now and then in tournaments. You will get better when you practice but to say "never miss short putts again" is a bit ballsy.
