Molding & Shaping (Performance) Model Sails

Just messing around with an idea and testing it on model sails. You might call this the "Consumerwil" gadget LOL!!!

This was really interesting! Did you make a successful suit of sails with it? And why shims, when you have screws?!

Nice! I thought a heat gun would work better, either to shrink or to expand the material into place.

If you used blocks measured in mm then you could be more accurate than cards also would love to see if you could force more knuckle into the front of a jib through different techniques
