ALL CANADIANS COURTS EMPLOYEES NEEDS TO HEAR THIS BECAUSE WHEN I asked them about common law they say they don't know what that is. I was furious. How can anyone work in a court house and don't know what is common law.

I think all courts run under admiralty and equity. No common law courts anymore.

The lady doth protest too much, methinks. There's nothing to stop a Common-Law court from ordering performance or issuing injunction.
