Read the MLB report, Astros never cheated during the playoffs of WS games back in 2017, only at few home games during the regular season in which EVERY team was also cheating in one way or another (stealing signs creatively, steroids, pitchers using spider tack, etc.). Since MLB found ZERO cheating in post-season games the Astros deservedly retained their championship. Go by FACTS and not by fake news and propaganda.

Don’t know him personally but I’ve met him and he was very nice when he was on his personal time at a restaurant and he definitely didn’t have to be. The Astros players who were guilty of cheating came out and said on TV that Altuve didn’t participate but that wasn’t enough to stop people from hating him. They were getting killed for cheating so if he did participate why would they try to stop him alone from getting killed as well if he was involved? They wouldn’t. The thing I’ll never get is last series and the Minnesota fans booing Altuve while cheering for everything Carlos Correa did. I mean I still love Correa to this day but he admitted being involved in the cheating and said Altuve wanted no part of it so Minnesota fans in particular need to make booing Altuve while cheering for Carlos make sense to me.

Bro this game was crazy as a Astros fan. When Tuve hit that HR that was insane it showed why he one of the great post season players ever.
Altuve got it done but Diaz getting that hit and Singelton drawing the walk they set up Altuve to hit that three run HR.
Pressley was great he came in and gotten six outs after that mess in the top of the 9th with Abreu getting kicked out by hitting Garcia by accident.
Kessnger made a huge catch on defense too.
We stole this game in Arlignton and now we hope Framber can go back ti to his 2022 self and we finish it off in H-Town. Man what a game

If it weren't for the 2017 scandal, most "sane" baseball people would acknowledge that Jose Altuve is this generation's Mr. October (no disrespect at all to the legendary Reggie Jackson). Altuve is a consummate, pure hitter so it shouldn't surprise me when he does things like this, but I find myself constantly shaking my head in awe. Verlander pitched a good game but made one bad pitch to Garcia that cost him. Speaking of Garcia, I know this was probably the highlight of his career thus far and it happened against a hated opponent that has owned his team lately, but he should subscribe to the old saying, "Act like you've been there before". I understand his passion, but his pimp walking to first and his antics were ridiculous. Especially when there was still some game left to play. After he got plunked, he sure talked a lot of noise but what had me rolling my eyes was his "hold me back" moment when he got away from someone attempting to hold him and made a beeline back towards Maldonado. Maldonado stood his ground and was ready, but Garcia slowed up enough to allow someone else to get in front of him to hold him back again. Bro, if you're gonna act like you're ready to throw hands, do it. Then Altuve had his moment to shine and did not disappoint. Did he slow-walk and make a production as he rounded the bases? Nope. He ran like he would any other time he's hit a homer. Now, it's back to work on Sunday night. I have to hope that Valdez has his stuff and won't get rattled and our boys can come through at home. Make it happen, lads. GO STROS!!

Garcia will hopefully look back on that and realize that it’s silly to celebrate that way especially with so much game left to be played and also realize that he should have taken the walk and got on first base which could have been a late rally for his team rather than causing a brawl and ruining their momentum and chances. Emotions are definitely high and in must win game like that but you have to keep a cool head.

Intentional or not Garcia did us a favor by acting childish and getting tossed. Awareness and composure is key and he lost sight of it in a crucial point in the game. He allowed his closer to get cold and honestly did wake up the Astros in the process. Gotta keep a cool head in game time situations. Go Stros 🤘

Quick sidetone despite the outcome. This game was full of key moments that I think all young players should really pay attention to, it was such a perfect chain of events for a lesson to learn.
Semien bobbles the ball on a DP costing an out. Then Seager gets a bad hop on a grounder allowing a run or two to score. Both were visibly frustrated, and rightfully so in such a big game. But instead of staying in their head and dwelling on the mistakes, they showed exactly why they're pros and leaders on a potential WS team.
An inning or two later, bases loaded 2 outs. Semien makes a diving play to save the inning and keep the Rangers in the game. Then Seager hits a double in his next at bat and eventually scores. Exactly why you can't dwell on your mistakes in this game because one thing about baseball, you WILL get another opportunity. And if you're focused on the last play, you'll miss your next opportunity. Such small moments that may have gone over a lot of peoples heads, but I loved that teaching moment from these absolute pros, even in a losing effort.
And on the flip side, Altuve was 0-4 until his last AB. And in just one swing not only did he wipe those other 4 at bats from everyone's memory lol, he wins them the game and becomes the hero! You gotta love baseball man.

Fue un juegazo!! Gran regreso de
los Astros en la parte alta de la
    9na entrada con ese tremendo
    cuadrangular de 3 carreras👌💪
Pero los Rangers tuvieron la gran
    oportunidad d empatarlo, incluso
    hasta lo pudieron haber ganado,
pero Bruce Bochy se equivocó al
no mandar el toque de bola con
hombres en 1ra y 2da sin outs, si
lo hubiera hecho, el juego se
    hubiera empatado con el elevado
    d Corey Seager y obligaban a los
    extraininngs... pero Bruce Bochy
    me decepcionó demasiado por no
haber mandado el toque d bola🙆‍♂️
