Thank you for taking the time to share with us the entire prep process and the way you cook. I have a question if you don't mind. How much do you weigh each ball of beef too and what is the temp you cook your buns at and whats the temp you cook the meat at? Last what is the temp you cook the onions at. Again thank you for your time in making the video. I learned alot today.

@@user-bc5cw8ky8n Mostly places have their own way of making burgers, but they are all generally pretty good. The ones in this video pretty high quality though. I doubt the average burger would be as good. My local Wendy's might be better, but I couldn't know that as a fact. Homemade, by me anyway (can't speak for everyone), I know is better: the extra steps the cook in the video does, to add more flavor is great; even surpassing many places in the US, but a home-cooks can even further when making cheese burgers, but you can't expect a business that needs to output volume to use so much extra time on cooking techniques.

Looks great, here's a few tips.
Add butter to buns before tossing on the grill, helps toast them better.
Chopsticks work wonders for adding the onions.
Add a bit of dill to the sauce to give an extra pop that wouldn't be expected.

Especially, street food and restaurants run by Chinese in Korea are very expensive and do not guarantee hygiene.They rip off tourists.Especially the Chinese in(Myeongdong)

It looks .. ok. There is room for improvement. Try to grease the grill with some butter, that will make the patties more juicy and the buns more crispy & don’t forget to add salt and pepper to them before you smash them. Also, you can keep the onion fresh and ad it on top of the patties before smashing. Don’t use the burner to melt the cheese, it gives it an odd taste, just find a tray large enough to cover the patties for 5 minutes after you put the cheese on them and let it like that on small heat. It will be tastier. Hope that this will help you improve your recipe! ❤
