Sir from 5 years my father didn't get his monthly pension after service retirement due to name change in his service record and his kyc has different name... before in his aadhar he has two names as suresh @ suryakanth this type due to some family related work he changed his aadhar card two times and now name is Suryakanth, but name correction limit is crossed now name correction is not getting... but service record has suresh name then how to get his pension... what are the necessary documents to apply and where to provide two name proof to get his pension... he has birth certificate with two names please give solution... due to this problem we are unavailable to continue our education and facing financial problems...

My assumption is she talking about 7th pay commission benefits which is yet to be implemented (I saw your comments on other question & it could be in Jul 2023) so I am failing to understand is there anything expected now? It is observed from your para that your mother is getting family pension.. what ever she getting will be raised from next pay commission..we are expecting 7th pay commission shortly.. But, I don't know when this will come in to force.. it all depend on the the government decision. Commission report yet to be submitted. probably before July 2023. After death of a pensioner, the spouse will get the family pension. For that approach the bank as well as treasury with PPO order and death certificate of the pensioner, adhar card PAN card, Bank account details of the survival spouse.

Sir, qualifying service 30 years ಅಂದ ಮೇಲೆ Dcrg ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 60 ಅರ್ಧ ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕಲ್ಲವೇ?
ಇಲ್ಲ DCRG KCSR RULE 293F ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 66 ಅರ್ಧ ವರ್ಷದ ವರಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಇದು ಬದಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ, ಪಿಂಚಿಣಿ ಗೆ QS ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 60 ಅರ್ಧ ವರ್ಷ ಅಂತ 2019 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳು ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ, ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಅದು 7 ತಿಂಗಳು ಮುಂಚೆ ಕೊಡಲು ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ ನಂತರ vrs ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಚಿಸಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ.

2021 ರ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ 250000 ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು NPS ಖಾತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊತ್ತ ವಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಟ್ಟು ಮೊತ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ 80% ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು annuity ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು pension ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಉಳಿಕೆ 20% ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಅರ್ ನಿಯಮ 293F ರಂತೆ 5 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ 8 ವರ್ಷದ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಉಪದಾನವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ನಿಮಗೆ 2 ವರ್ಷ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಅರ್ಹತಾದಾಯಕ ಸೇವೆ ಲಭಿಸುವುದು. VRS ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರು ನಿಮಗೆ ಈ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಕೊಡಲೇಬೇಕು. ನಿಮಗೆ ಈ 2 ವರ್ಷ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಆದೇಶವಾಗಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಮನವಿ ಕೊಡಿ. KCSR ನಿಯಮ 247A(6) ರಡಿ ಬರುವಂತ ಕೆಲವು ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಈ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಿಮಗೆ ಈ ಉಪ ನಿಯಮ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
