Love homemade mustard. I ferment 50/50 yellow and brown mustard seeds. It keeps uncanned for months in my fridge. Isn't the feeling of making your own so satisfying?
I don't like to cook with beer. You have to make sure you've got the right one. When I was a kid, I only liked yellow mustard and only on my hotdogs. My twin brother came home one day with a jar of wholegrain mustard, and acted like he discovered Space. Mom couldn't take sides of course. As an adult, I can say my bro was on to something. And I have ventured further. It's not Poupon (but I appreciate Tiffany's humour), but I have tried German mustard, Japanese karashi, wasabi, and keep a jar of Dijon in my fridge. I use it sparingly, but it goes nice on meats, and it goes nicely on a toast surprise. Tiffany's jars... She knows what's up for Christmas...
Ok now you need to make sourdough pretzels to dip in that yummy mustard.
Brilliant! 🤩
Mmmmmmm Mustard
💙
Looks yummy!
I'm going to make this version. I've got 2 other versions in the fridge. Looks great! It does mellow after a couple of weeks. Thanks, Tiffany.
This looks so dang DELICIOUS! This WILL be something I try out! Have a beautiful day. LUCRETIA 🇺🇸
This looks so good! I’m sure it will improve over time in the shelf!! Thanks for sharing!!❤
Yum! I've got to try this. Thanks, Tiffany 😊
Yum Tiffany and it only gets better after it sits on the shelf for a little bit. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed night!

That looks absolutely beautiful in the jar those quarter pint I think would be a beautiful gifting size

I like beer mustard and I like the idea of the malt vinegar. Maybe it needs some yellow seeds as well. Guess I need to make this. Thank you
I hope you do 🤩
You are the best😂❤❤
I made the fermented Guiness mustard from this year's fermented February playlist and the flavor was MUCH better after it sat in the fridge a while!
That one looks so good! 😊
Hello Tiffany ❤❤

Yes it is! I might need to try a fermented version soon 💜
