Rags to Riches (Sims 4 Part 5) (Sims 3 Part 2) (Streamed 8/15/24)

This is Part 5 of my Rags to Riches for Sims 4 and also Part 2 of my Rags to Riches for Sims 3. This was originally streamed on August 15th, 2024.
I wanted to play just Sims 4, but I realized mid-stream that one of the mods I use needed to be updated and it was not showing things correctly. I decided to switch to Sims 3 so I could still be streaming Sims.
