God's wrath is not natural disasters please, they are warning to the disobedient people. Simply it means: obeying God's commandments (Ex. 20: 1-17) and accept God's plan of redemption of the sinful man.
Absolutely, this is a call for repentance based on our wickedness, the blessed LORD sees everything we do whether good or bad, and warns us to change for the better , for the wages of sin is death and eternal condemnation.
