1,627g chicken thigh
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
2 crushed seasoning cubes
Coating:
3 cups flour
¼ cup cornflour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tbsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp seasoning powder (optional)
Sauce:
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp ketchup
Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
