Reading through a walkthrough I was so scared of this battle, especially since the tank battle before was already so nerve wrecking. But in this video it looked so easy - and using the same strategy made this battle really easy for me as well.

This boss fight kinda sucks from the very reason that the best and easiest way to beat it is the brute-force way. Huey keeps telling you about destroying all these components of the PUPA, when in actuality getting rid of them is just a waste of time and in some cases it may even make the fight harder afterwards (destroying boosters means no charge attacks, so less opportunities for easy hit on the AI core)
