@@amygracegarcia198 All three of them got married very young. They were each married twice, and you wouldn't exactly call them faithful. I fell in love with nights on broadway and was 15 when Saturday night fever released - the music was wonderful and still is. We didn’t tire of disco it just was no longer cool I agree with Barry I think the media or music moguls wanted disco to die- but it’s still our favorite
Great interview, it shows just what a great sense of humour the three of them had between them. They really loved the British humour, having spent their early years in the UK. One particular sketch by the late Kenny Everrett, in which he mimicks them, they found to be hilarious. Sadly, they spoke of their last album "This is where I came in" but, Ironically lost Maurice just a year or so later, and Robin around eight years after that. So I guess that album reprised their status as "The Bee-Gees" However, to fans like me, Their music will live on forever. r.i.p. Maurice, Robin and younger brother Andy.
+oldfart4751 Yes, they were British born, but moved away from the UKat a very young age, and grew up in Australia. But, I guess, a little of theBritish humour went with them. And, having British parents, they all spokewith a British accent. Even Andy, who was just a baby when they left theUK to start a new life in Oz.
How Can You Mend a Broken Heart and Lonely Days were hits in this dry spell that Barry talks about-1970 and 1971. So those years were not completely dry.
Yes you can see how real they are and funny. I would love to talk to them and feel wistful that 2 are gone. They were too amazing to die and never will. I too can't get enough watching them 60 years later.

This such a genuine interview not some cocky american rude like larry king who interrupts his guest and never let them finish what they were saying
Mo's laugh is so great(:
Jamoe
💕
Mo was my favorite ❤️❤️❤️
Good interview, nice to see all of you guys smiling!!
I love to listen to them laugh!
Their laugh is contagious.
Someone should post a compilation video of them just laughing. I feel it'd get a ton of views in no time, since their laughs are as distinctive as their singing.
@@brendajones9321,
You're very right, Brenda Jones.
@@BobbyTucker what do you mean by that?
@@afreakaboucher1316 Pretty sure he means that hearing them laugh made you laugh as well!?😉😎
Mo had some fantastic comic timing!
I'm in splits I tell ya!
Yes💕
a real interview with these great artists..unlike the contemptible and insulting treatment they experienced at the hands of anderson
Love you Parky and the the Bee Gees, 20 years ago wow !
Love there music, and since of humor. They were the best group ever. Robins vocal ability was wonderfully beautifu.
I love these brother Gibb so real, good blood raised properly by their parents.
Robin Gibbs marriage would make a mother weep.
@@glenphillips9068 why?
@@glenphillips9068 why did you say this please, thats sad
@@amygracegarcia198 All three of them got married very young. They were each married twice, and you wouldn't exactly call them faithful. Robin and his first wife had a very nasty divorce, and his second marriage was what some might call "open". In today's celebrity world (or the world in general), it wouldn't seem so shocking anymore.
Raised by Barry I'd say.
❤THE UNFORGETTABLE BEE GEES ❤❤❤ Tnx
Aww I adore Maurice. Sad they are sitting here talking about Andy & death, & you don't know when it will happen to you - then 2 years later Maurice dies. 😥 And their dad died in 1992.
love the inference to poor George Micheal and toilets.
They were so funny love the Bee Gees 4 ever.
The brothers Gibb have a great sense of humor,so adorable how they stick together and have fun with the interviews...Mo his smile is beautiful well all 3 brothers are beautiful...I've loved the Bee Gees since the 70's and I still listen to their music...I love the last album they made,This is where I came in so many good songs on that album...The Bee Gees are the best and the music will play on...
Quite sad that it’s Barry who reflects emotionally on the loss of someone close and how it changes and effects you!
Now he’s lost both of his younger brothers as well as Andy all those years ago
He also recently like a month ago lost his niece who was only in her 50’s. He’s had a lot of heartbreak in his life.
@@belair90210 Correction please; we lost Beri suddenly on April 15, 2021. She is the daughter of the eldest Gibb: Sister Lesley. She was only 56 & extremely close with my Darling Andy. It's been difficult for the fam to comprehend. 😥 Prayers
I've watched this video several times before and never made a comment but I did leave a 'thumbs up', these guys are so interesting to watch and listen to, they could make excellent comedians if they weren't singers and songwriters, incredible group, they are.
Thank you, comments like this warm my heart 🌞 They were always such a treat to watch interacting. A special sibling relationship 💞
@@BarkinBelieveIt ,
Yes, they were, they always got along so well, very mannerly towards one another. I've always respected them for that and many other reasons. Thank you for the reply, and the 'heart'. ;^))
They are all awesome!!
For years I've been hoping that this would show up on youtube. Thanks so much for sharing. Great interview.
Bee genes were funny as hell here.
The Bee Gees is the best. Sbh group musik/vocal terdiri dr 3 org sdr sekandung, yg dlm kehidupan sehari2nya mereka terlihat rukun sama klrga/org tua, serta sanak familinya. Bgtupun dlm bermusik mereka bertiga terasa kompak rukun didlm bwkan lagu2nya yg super huenak, meresap dihati.. Bnyk lagu2 Bee Gees yg berhsl "mewakili" suara hati dr jutaan pendengar / penggemarnya yg terungkap
I fell in love with nights on broadway and was 15 when Saturday night fever released - the music was wonderful and still is. We didn’t tire of disco it just was no longer cool I agree with Barry I think the media or music moguls wanted disco to die- but it’s still our favorite
Great interview, it shows just what a great sense of humour the three of them had
between them. They really loved the British humour, having spent their early years
in the UK. One particular sketch by the late Kenny Everrett, in which he mimicks
them, they found to be hilarious. Sadly, they spoke of their last album "This is where
I came in" but, Ironically lost Maurice just a year or so later, and Robin around
eight years after that. So I guess that album reprised their status as "The Bee-Gees"
However, to fans like me, Their music will live on forever. r.i.p. Maurice, Robin and
younger brother Andy.
+Gary Dunn Of cause they loved the British humour, they were British born after all.
+Gary Dunn Yes you can take the boy out of Britain, but you can't take Britain out of the boy.
+oldfart4751 Very true.
WOW WHAT WAS AUSTRALIA LIKE LIVING THERE BARRY AND ROBIN AND MAURICE LOVED IT THERE FROM 1958 TO 1967 THEY WENT BACK TO MANCHESTER ENGLAND
I've loved the Beegees since 1975i was 10yrs old they were one of the best groups out there their music, will live on forever,
Two have left us, they were a wonderful group.
Love the Bee Gee’s❤❤❤
I looove them they are the best !!!!!!!!
How Can You Mend a Broken Heart and Lonely Days were hits in this dry spell that Barry talks about-1970 and 1971. So those years were not completely dry.
The pop wilderness were after these two tracks.
@kat lover It was Mo.
Thanks for posting this !!! Love the Bee Gee's ❤️🌹💜🌹💛🌹♥️
Outstanding interview which opened up these three beautiful singers. xx
Yes you can see how real they are and funny. I would love to talk to them and feel wistful that 2 are gone. They were too amazing to die and never will. I too can't get enough watching them 60 years later.
Maurice tenía una sonrisa muuuy bella!!! Beautiful maurice's smile!!!!
What I great interview. It's one of my favorites.
Miss these guys especially Andy. My contemporaries. Love Beegees!
My favorite group Great family! ♥️💜💚💛💙🧡
I really believe that anyone who doesn't appreciate the Bee Gees for each and every one of their talents has a miserable home life.
@@BobbyTucker I agree with you 👍💯❤️❤️❤️
@adam power ....such nice words for Barry Gibb. He IS an inspiration. It must have great to meet him.. like a dream come true!
THE GOD'S OF MUSIC. PRICELESS.
IRREPLACEABLE X
They're so funny and down-to-earth. I love them!
Maurice is just so funny ... yet they usually say Robin is the comedian
DH Dowi trust them they know each other.
Well Barry in a interview said that Maurice and Robin are both jokesters in their own way but when them both are together they would clown too much yeah Maurice is funny but Robin is funny too when it comes to jokes
They are all jokers in their own ways
Yes💕
They are both very funny but Mo is more outgoing and Robin is more reserved.
I've always love them & now Barry Gibb forever! 😍
