It is not necessary to speak continuously. Viewers are interested in looking at the surroundings and your sharing of information about the place. Avoid speaking more than what is necessary.

Actually, the tallest building in St. Petersburg called Kakhta center. I used to live in St. Petersburg for 12 years. That time, there were no not many tallest or western style buildings. In 2000, when the oil and gas prices went over 100 dollars. Russian economy started to improve. After 1991 Russia was very poor like Venezuela, even poorer tha India.
