Thank you so much for this wonderful sadhana mentioned. The only way I can show gratitude to sir is by practicing this priceless technique of being witness all the time . I try my best to be as witness.

Rich people are the ones with all of the time! They have time to sit around and contemplate ego and self and spirituality. They have excellent karma, especially if they are a rich kid. Usually, self-made Millionaires and rich people are not interested in such nonsense. Many of them are already realized and those that are not could care less about spirituality etc. I envy the rich enlightened person but then again, I know my position in place. I understand karma. I used to hold it against rich people for taking everything for granted and now I understand that it is a result of their wonderful karma.

I wish he answered the question he posed about mental disabilities and this path. If one isn’t born with the capable brain function, what’s the point of their birth??

Have always wondered why yoga and meditation teachers literally force us to interact and say “namaste” to each other after a practice. Stop it! The teacher should discourage that. Encourage us to carry our silence into the rest of our day. Why don’t you do this, teachers?

This is nothing, only a sign of pseudo Yoga and meditations. To know what is true and actually works to a scientific extent is taught in the Buddahs first teaching. Becoming aware of the body from the Ground up and back down, these are 6 gates. Letting the mind become settled , quite, and peaceful. AFTER this the breathing will become into lower abdominal breathing or full body, natural resonance breathing. The breathing naturally slows and aligns with the heart rate and one goes into a nurture qi or energy state. This is a beginning, not goat yoga or sit in hot sun on beach yoga. This is fictional stuffs looking to become high for the most part.

Pure awareness concept isn't clear to me. As soon as I become aware of something, it instantly is not pure awareness, it seems to me, because it has an object. But, if pure awareness does not have an object, and thus a subject, then how can one be able to be aware of pure awareness, which would of itself make it an object, however indefinite? It seems to be contradictory, or at best paradoxical. In sum, how are we to know we are not deceiving ourselves about pure awareness, in that its lack of definition leaves it open to one's imagination and self-deceit? I am not trying to be difficult, so I hope it is not taken badly. It is my sincere problem. Pure awareness is awareness of what?
