Rams have some options for linebackers to blitz up middle or flank and curl with edges. Cooper down to Trotter to even Wallace or older Wilson. FWIW, I'd take a flyer with last pick or udfa on Layton Jordan out of Temple for a look-see back-up role.

Demarcus Walker had a 16 sack season @ FSU... best ever for FSU pass rusher. LT in 79 and 80 for UNC had 16 and 21 to end his college career. Others too. Point is, Verse does not jump off as some elite pass rusher as compared to his own school and the ACC conference...have yet to do an overall NCAA comparison...

Chop grades better in pass rush, run defense, tackling than Verse... Verse is all about the bench press... so maybe Jenkins gets a Rams call🤷♂️
Chop was also a rotational player, he wasn't even a starter, higher ceiling but a lower floor
