When I see J.C. Latham, I see Evan Neal, Alex Leatherwood, Cyrus Kouandjio....big, tall, slow-footed guys trained by a revolving door coaching staff at Bama. In the Saban era, nine 1st or 2nd round OTs, Zero All-Pro (1st or 2nd team), zero Pro Bowls. Out of the 75 other 1st or 2nd round OT picks from 2008-2020, 36 1st or 2nd team All-Pro selections and 66 Pro Bowls.
Same, Latham’s getoff is abysmal and his slow feet will get him cooked against speed rushers. I don’t see the early 1st hype on him at all. I would draft 7 OT’s over this guy. I love his anchor and play strength though, but I think his lack of foot speed is going to be a major problem for him at Tackle, as a guard he has really high upside though.
This is a great video. Appreciate the depth of it. One guy I was looking forward to hearing about was Matt Goncalves, but unfortunately you didn't cover him. Do you think he's not draftable?
He had a undisclosed leg injury , they havnt told what it is so it's making his draft stock lower .. I was looking at him as well for my Dolphins . Prob go with another pick just not much info on this guy's injury
Love the breakdown, excellent work and your website is fantastic. I am a PSU fan and I agree with your thoughts on the 3 lineman. Nourzad is worth a 3rd round pick in my opinion though, it was his first season at Center and I think he can easily clean up those blitz pickup issues and become a really solid top 10-15 center in the NFL.
Also I’m seeing that my Ravens brought both Travis Glover (Georgia State) and Karsen Barnhart (Michigan) in on a top 30 visit, I wouldn’t mind seeing you cover them. But with little time left and the fact you covered most of the players, I might look over their tape myself.
I'm surprised no one has said this yet. It's not killer important, but you have Jordan Morgan & Roger Rosengarten's stats up in the place of the other. Aside from that "looks like Tarzan plays like Jane" is *hilarious.*
Could you do a video of just center and convert center maybe only need like 15 If maybe also chop up this video for just guards it is hard for me to compare them all together but I live your videos and im impressed with your analysis did you learn all this at your sports school
I herd on a channel Cowboys run everything zone and gap I think that is intreaging I wobder if that will become more popular I see a huge advantage to that the D has to be a little less agressive if you can do both but every back and OL has to be versitle could you rank most versitle please just a list
The guys who starred in Senior Bowl will go higher than projected Christian Haynes and Jones. Jones went undefeated against Will Anderson and Turner in both Texas/Bama games.
I would assume video production isn't super long, but his commitment to watching so much tape even for the late day 3 guys means he's probably spending weeks and weeks just "researching" these guys.
Because to be great NFL player you need more than just the body. And all of them have to make a huge rise to reach that level. Right now they are closer to being a project developmental guys than above average NFL starters
I still have no idea how Kingsley is rated so high, even on here I think late 2nd might be too high. his tape is awful. It's like his hype train started and never stopped. To me, Puni is the superior prospect.
I really do disagree with the karsen barnhart take, at tackle he was bad but he was legitimately good at guard to me. He reminds me a lot of Austin Corbett, I think the only area that needs immediate work is play strength, but aside from that I do think he deserves at least a 4th-5th round grade
I get it... But analytics can't account for everything. Every year we get these analytics machines, and every year there are more Evan Neal's.... Do you ever follow up on your analytics to see if the players you have graded pan out, or do you think you have the right stuff at the right moment. I say this again... You guys are missing something, the first person to find out what that is, let's just say the NFL will be calling you.
I don't know if you can edit it still but you switched up the visuals for Morgan and Rosengarten

This is amazing effort and has allowed me as a Ravens fan to get familiar with some of those day 2 and day 3 OL prospects.
me too - need one of these centers to move over to guard!!

Now that was a video!!! Great job & good work! Thanks for the insights
Great stuff as always man. If I had one idea, I think it would be fun to have a side by side of ur rankings versus the consensus board Rankins
Perfect timing for lunch break 👌🏼
Great Video You proved the point that many of the tackles are guards. So even though they rate higher, teams looking for tackles will draft tackles.

Awesome Job!! Informative "Real" Content - Thank You!!
Gonna help my mock drafts a lot
These in depth player analysis are really good and I can't wait for the next video
Love your content!
Thank you for your hard work. 💯
Great video. THANKS
Video is out of sync towards the end fyi. On Roger Morten. Good video
Wow. This was quality 👌 bravo brother
Crazy that you were able to record this under an hour. But it was well done!
Excellent as usual 👍👍

My go to source, especially when looking for those day 2 and 3 draft prospects.
Been waiting on this one!
Hey James, you speak about Rosengarten when Morgan is on screen, and vice versa
Do you have a grade on Matt Gonclaves ?
Mims is really interesting
Not seeing Matt Goncalves on this list though

Curious how Frank Pollack is regarded when you think of OL coaches, for example could he handle Kingsley Suamataia
Where did you rank lineman we drafted last year? Jake Andrews, Sidy Sow and Antonio Mafi
I herd on a channel Cowboys run everything zone and gap I think that is intreaging I wobder if that will become more popular I see a huge advantage to that the D has to be a little less agressive if you can do both but every back and OL has to be versitle could you rank most versitle please just a list
Any chance you’re willing to share all the plays you have on your huddl 😂
They need to do a power clean or squat or something to better measure overall strength. The bench is overrated

How long does it take you to make a video like this?
I would assume video production isn't super long, but his commitment to watching so much tape even for the late day 3 guys means he's probably spending weeks and weeks just "researching" these guys.
Thanks for creating this awesome content format. Outstanding in-depth knowledge and comprehensive overview. You actually WATCHED a lot of film! 🫡
Do not underestimate the “zone” influence in these Shanahan/Kubiak schemes. Juice Scruggs went from 6th to 2nd round bc of it last year
Eguakun to the Panthers (we need a athletic zone blocker at center)
Where is Spencer Rolland??
“Habitual Over setter” men of culture we meet again
Nice Show Sir/;-))))
JC is a Guard bc At RT he struggles with Speed Rushers
Yeah let's put more weight on combine tape than game tape. Cool.
The Bengals learned their lesson on taking BAMA OT's in the first round, we get burned every time. Forget Jonah Williams what bout Andre Smith?
Josiah Ezirim?
titans up boys
Your legit dude.
Christian Jones-army we out here 💪
Nick Gargiula looks like he’s a 43rd Year Senior
A Mims is the truth Number 1 for Me all damn Day.
I mean, JC Latham, Amarius Mims, and Tyler Guyton, just by looking at their body, how do anyone not like them?
Because to be great NFL player you need more than just the body. And all of them have to make a huge rise to reach that level. Right now they are closer to being a project developmental guys than above average NFL starters
I still have no idea how Kingsley is rated so high, even on here I think late 2nd might be too high. his tape is awful. It's like his hype train started and never stopped. To me, Puni is the superior prospect.
Haven’t seen any analyst have that same opinion, puni is probably going to be moved to guard as well
Kingsley also has better length and testing numbers which does matter
Mccormick too low imo but good list

EAGLES WILL TRADE UP FOR JC LATHAM
Massively overrating Latham but otherwise I like the video
Bad.....just BAD.
Josiah Ezirim?
