- Aircraft tires are an important part of any aircraft project, in today's video Javier López de Anca shows how to easily and effectively paint tires, including adding a simple and realistic dust effect. Javier uses the ResKit 1/32 Fw-190/Ta-152 (Late version) Type 2 resin wheel set as an example, demonstrating their easy clean up and assembly, as well as a quick and effective painting method.

Wouldn´t just be easier to paint the wheels and tyres first and then assembly them before weathering?
I have a question. I saw you put the wash on the tires, but you did put mat varnish first, right? Because I tried applying the wash without varnish and paint was removed immediately.

Please, please, use a filter mask when cutting or sanding resin.
I use to put lot of water on the resin before and during cutting or sanding, to retain the dust + wearing a simple "chirurgical mask" as for Covid. Is it enough ?
