Please check registry security rights or try using REGEDIT'. Can you help me with this issue?

for some stupid reason, i am getting the error "Error Code 501 We’re sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again or report this error." can someone help??
Hi James, after the download (depending on the type managed/direct), you should have either a single RA download manager file or 3 files for the software. The managed download, you need to launch it and it will save the same three files into an RA folder on your drive. Launch the files and install just like any other windows based software.

Just follow the steps in the video and when it comes up as locked request it to be unlocked.

Hey Justin, that error should be related to admin rights. Right click the file and "Run as Administrator".

That's what I work with more of the time. RSLogix 500 is a great learning tool, but it's not something I install on new equipment.
