Double expert when you’re using a chainsaw or melee is also a good option. One expert skill for your main firearm and another for your cs/melee weapon. You can cheaply kill optic/cystic/spined enemies with the cs or melee and save your bullets for tentacled zeds.
Yeah, it can be good for the end-game players, I was more focused on talking about the things for new players. Anyways, I always advise people to go for what suits their playstyle, it's always great to see someone come out with a different type of playstyle from yours.
You can also round house kick if you "WASD" in the action of kicking while looting. The timing is a little hard but once you can do it, it helps a ton. Just be careful because it might reset your looting due line of sight or being too far away
Yes, I like to do those when I'm boss hunting, but as you said, it's not easy to do those and if we move too far away from the loot spot that's not good, the issue is if we can be consistent with that move it's great. Maybe with enough practice, it can be done all the time :D
Good stuff! I did dual weapon expert Pistol/Assault Rifle build. I'm satisfied with my build cuz i can finally enjoy Tombstone without worrying about $$$ loss from Ravenwall or BH. I mainly use .357 ammo which is enough to deal with most bosses. I only switch to 8mm if its a stronger bosses like acolytes. My build almost same as yours. Except Jog, Aim for the Heart and Kickboxing. I instead replaced them with Muler, Lead Magnet and Survivor. I'm satisfied with my overall experience.
@@JimmyShredZ If you'd really like me to pinpoint. Sometimes you should give more info for new players. For example, for the Halloween event, I misheard something you said along the way. I couldn't figure out how to open a particular door for a while. (FreaksLtd Pumpkin) I forgot I didn't do the questline in question on my alt, because I simply didn't pay enough attention somewhere in between. Be more repetitive about important points to avoid details being missed by anyone along the way. Try to point out the unobvious from the beginner's perspective. Thank you! 😁
@@robawa9846 Thanks for the feedback, that's why I have time stamps so people don't miss out on anything, they can always move to the part they didn't understand well. I'll have to rewatch the guide and see what I exactly missed cause I'm pretty sure I have covered everything. Thanks once again for your precious time to leave the feedback 🙏🙏🙏
Wonderful guide and I'm very glad that you are the type of player who pumps up looter. Personally, I can't imagine a comfortable game for my characters without this skill, although I know many players who ignore pumping looter. By the way, is it worth waiting for a guide on melee combat? Taking into account the level increase and the unique amplifier, you can assemble a very strong melee character. Gustav will confirm this.😂
Thanks Bud, I don't think I'm the right person to do a guide for Melee cause I literally didn't play it almost at all in lv50-60. I'm also not interested in Melee cause of the way it works currently, Devs have promised melee rework long ago but no word from them about it. Gustav is definitely the right person to make a guide for that, which I really hope he does cause he is an excellent Melee player. I'm pretty sure with LV60 gear Melee is quite strong now, but I just don't wanna play it, the movement/animation for it is just bad in my opinion and you must have high mouse sensitivity otherwise you won't be able to play it.
I understand you perfectly, besides, the latest added content in the game is simply not designed for melee fighters, for example, the patient has no blind spots, even if you sneak up on him from behind, he will get you with his tentacles. And I am also sure that some event bosses are simply not designed for melee fighters. For example, Gustav and I successfully defeated Flawed Creation, but we still couldn’t get the big Frankenstein. I am also looking forward to his guide. Sometimes I think that Gustav squeezes much more out of his melee character than the developers planned. There are not as many melee fighters as shooters, but these are characters for fun.
Thanks, Jimmy! Such a great video. Recently made a skill reset similar to your suggested skills and the stats are really juicy. The only issue with me is that 15 skills is not enough for me lol... since I find making alts way too boring. Instead, I just put 5 skill points in the essential skills like sprinter, reloading, etc., and 4 points each in less essential skills like medic, looter, kickboxing, etc. which allows me to keep some extra points in skills like Mule, etc.
Hey bud, I'm very happy to hear you like this video! That's also one of the ways to do it which I forgot/didn't think about when I was doing this video, thank you so much for sharing this!!!
You have great df2 coverage. Just got back into the game after years with a fresh account. Sitting at level 31 and hoping to hit 50 soon. You have any plans for a christmas update video?
Make a vid, when you get to 60, on what to do and what not general things when you hit that lvl, I know its opinionated but it would get some started, like I got bored doing hm and stalker missions all day (now i got a goal), just for the people that doesn't go to discord and ask questions about it. good vid!
Yes and no, I actually had this in the making already xD But let's say you put this video in front of others which I wanted to work on, so you had impact on this video being released much sooner :D
I don't think there is a best, there is only the one you like to play that fits your playstyle. If we are going DPS wise that would be SMG/AR If we currently look at how World Bosses work it would be auto shotguns. Depends on what you prefer to do mostly etc... For me, I would Combine it with AR or SMG.
I don't think there is the point in that since I have mentioned here what are the useful skills for the builds and went into the details why. Maybe a list of skills that need rework or something like that to be better would be better, no promises tho.
