Find SOMETHING you actually care about, something you're willing to sacrifice something for. Something you wake up and think about. That's passion, and passion won't last because you do it "to show the haters"

concentrate on your diet (calorie deficit, 300 calories below maintenance, which is on average 2,500 for a male), & cardio + lifting weights, 1 body part per week.
Furiouz Pandaz eat half ur weight in carbs. do cardio low intensity 40 mins 4 times a week focus on those 2 things n ull see a difference
