Since drivers ate at most risk when being on the left of the tow truck, how about making the cab easily accessible to move around easily with making the passenger seat foldable and out of the way for the driver to exist on the passenger side, and lowering the floor at a greater angle. Secondly, there are a lot of older and shorter drivers out there, how about doubling the amount of exterior steps and adding grab bars.
