You are correct, Gold bulldog means all Mack drivetrain & suspension, no Volvo parts. (Volvo actually uses Mack's m-Drive transmission, they call it i-Drive)
Looks like something out of Blade Runner, kind of ugly though. You don't really see Mack trucks on the road as much, UPS uses them. Most of them though are dump trucks or those weird cab forward trash trucks.
