All I can say is Reggae acts aren’t known to drop projects frequently. It’s unheard of in the industry…man like Proto and his crew are probably some of the most active as well as the indie reggae acts we have in JA too. Koffee is signed to Columbia which means the next project may be on the way 3/4 years after the debut which isn’t weird. She has been picking up steam in places like the UK and some parts of Africa as well through the collaborations she has been involved in. Jamaican people cya suh blind because from you know Koffee you know…suh when she started incorporating her personal exploits in the music I don’t see why everyone was so surprised because I knew it was only a matter of time. She’s extremely talented and I believe that her and the team she has will ensure she grows. She has a whole EP and Album out already in 5 years plus she went on tour and has been doing promo too. I don’t think her career has ended and she won’t ever be a flop. The people she has been associated with KNOWS about her sexuality LOOOOL. I refuse to believe anything else anyone says. The music business is a business and music videos don't make money or music alone doesnt make money. You make money thru sales, merch, brand deals or tours ect. True rastafarian remain faithful to the belief. Coffee fashioned her hair as looking to be a rasta, wearing locs, she did not profess to be a rastafarian. Many women loc their hair, to avoid using chemical products. She is a great artist, just too unfortunate she has drifter.
The problem was that people, including Koffee were ignoring the elephant in the room which is her sexuality. Koffee may have been mentored by cocoa tea but that doesn't make her a rasta. Many Rastafarians easily figured out that Koffee was not attracted to her opposite sex so I don't think that was her main audience. Many of Protoje's and Chronixx audience are not rasta, they just like the lifestyle.

She went against the teachings of His Majesty. Her mind became confused so much so that she forgot what was her role as a female. Most disappointing also is that the people around her (certain Rastamen at that) did not counsel her into staying on a righteous path. All I can say is Reggae acts aren’t known to drop projects frequently. It’s unheard of in the industry…man like Proto and his crew are probably some of the most active as well as the indie reggae acts we have in JA too. Koffee is signed to Columbia which means the next project may be on the way 3/4 years after the debut which isn’t weird. She has been picking up steam in places like the UK and some parts of Africa as well through the collaborations she has been involved in.
Jamaican people cya suh blind because from you know Koffee you know…suh when she started incorporating her personal exploits in the music I don’t see why everyone was so surprised because I knew it was only a matter of time.
She’s extremely talented and I believe that her and the team she has will ensure she grows. She has a whole EP and Album out already in 5 years plus she went on tour and has been doing promo too.
I don’t think her career has ended and she won’t ever be a flop. The people she has been associated with KNOWS about her sexuality LOOOOL. I refuse to believe anything else anyone says.

Truth be told koffee job / profession is in the field of music .But its the music world of work . But guess what ! regular John public in there own workplaces and things don't always run smooth .There are ups and downs One has to navigate hills and valleys and i guess it's no different for koffee But one too many naysayers can't compute that Koffee is just a young individual who happens by chance to be born in Jamaica .She's not involved in a national team sport or a Olympian where one has to flag wave or overstate she is Jamaican or overstate she represents dancehall or represents reggae . . The music industry for every genre is a fickle business

Artists are artist and should be able to express their music how they want to. The music business is a business and music videos don't make money or music alone doesnt make money. You make money thru sales, merch, brand deals or tours ect. Koffee would make a killing at pride, but she has to accept herself 1st. The Caribbean has been horrible to queer artist example Dalton Harris immensely talented but only one song out since he won X factor and constantly receives hate due to his sexuality. In order for us to grow and have more artist doing well on the world stage, we need drop our own prejudices and support the artist instead of judging them because they don't fit what we want them to be.

If Jamaicans think that Koffee is Rastafarian, it shows how disconnected most Jamaicans are from knowing real Rastafarians. Also, the only people who care about her lesbianism are Jamaicans, the rest of the big wide world aren't as judgmental, we have our opinions, but we leave the judgements to God, if he has something to say about it, let him deal with it, us humans all have to share this planet together regardless of sexuality. True rastafarian remain faithful to the belief. Coffee fashioned her hair as looking to be a rasta, wearing locs, she did not profess to be a rastafarian. Many women loc their hair, to avoid using chemical products. She is a great artist, just too unfortunate she has drifter.

The problem was that people, including Koffee were ignoring the elephant in the room which is her sexuality. Koffee may have been mentored by cocoa tea but that doesn't make her a rasta.
Many Rastafarians easily figured out that Koffee was not attracted to her opposite sex so I don't think that was her main audience. Many of Protoje's and Chronixx audience are not rasta, they just like the lifestyle.
It's unfortunate that she fell by the wayside. She is talented unique in her own way young and naive. I pray she will make a comeback. Maybe she is over In Europe somewhere chilling. Pray she finds herself.
