    Please do more full workout Videos like this. I play this as background noise while I do my workouts at home. The gyms are still closed here in Ontario. The noise of the weights and the ambient sounds make me feel like im working out at a gym. Thanks

    I didnt get it. Someone explain. Shouldn’t one train all muscles 2x a week? How is that overstimulation? I was certain most people train all muscles twice a week as a normal.

      Keep in mind that Gunn has 35+ years of wrestling wear and tear on his body. It's awesome seeing these two fitness legends lifting together. They're a total inspiration. 👊

    Think about with all the different physiques out there there s very very few I’ve seen with a physique similar to mikes . They’re missing legs or upper body mass or just look big and not so aesthetic. I think sadik and calum are the closest I ve seen . Anyone else ?

    Mike is great. but purely trains with people who make him look better, there really isn't many people who can even make him look bad... one of the greatest on the planet. But train w some other legends. Shawn Rhoden, Chris Bumstead, More Jay cutler, calum von moger, etc... some ifbb pros. Maybe big Ramy anyone should be receptive. U got the red head ugh... billy gun w a shoulder injury, heath evans the worst spot in history... the black guy w no gains, and sometimes the skinny model kid who has good physique but cmon UP the ANTE get someone of your caliber on video.. put the intensity there or get some Powerlifters in there Andy Huang, Dan green, the list goes on...
