The Harrod’s return thing is so condescending to me tbh. Like, what? You’re supposed to surrender your item they messed up so they can then deign to look at their error and confirm it was their error? Then what if they decided it wasn’t their bad? They have your palette AND you don’t get a refund? They have to ship it to you again? Do you have to pay shipping to get it back?
Brit here. Their customer service is terrible.
On the flip side, I bet those customer service reps and they people who open returns have some WILD tales!

What a great look! I love these colors on you. Great point about how looks can look similar because of great tonal choices. So far, everyone I have watched try the Prada foundation has looked amazing. Natural but perfected 👌🏻

I love this look. That gunmetal shadow is everything. I have seen a few videos on these Prada quads - when I first saw them I was convinced there was no way to get a decent look out of the color stories - you nailed it. You look beautiful. The foundation is getting such good reviews. I so want it, but I have too many foundations for the amount of makeup I use now that I work mostly from home.

Shocked me too- it is so good! But hard to get a good color match with all the no-return thing. I adjust mine with the Chanel enhancer and it is gorgeous. So far I haven't been able to get the eyeshadow to not come out muddy. I got the green and blue ones. :(
According to Prada (for everyone not wanting to drop $30 for shipping from the UK) everything will be available in the US in Jan 2024.
This foundation definitely has me interested! Im almost out of my Nars Light Reflecting foundation, and it shocks me that the Prada foundation is only $4 more! And it costs less when it comes to the refill. I don’t know if this makes me feel like luxury is actually accessible or that “mid tier” brands are getting out of hand with their prices 😂

Hi Kackie! I loved this look. Something you mentioned in your video struck a thought; you mentioned that if your entire collection disappeared, you would run out and buy this foundation again.
Have you already done a type of series along those lines that if everything disappeared from your collection and you had to buy one or two items to start over for foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, etc. what they would be? I thought that’d could be a cool video.

Can niacinimide and all the other skincare ingredients being added to foundation these days actually even penetrate the SPF underneath? It feels counterintuitive to me… I’m not convinced it would actually do anything. Makes me wonder if it could actually even disturb the sun protection…

The metallic color in the eye shadow palette is very intriguing. It almost looks green to me. It’s very poppy in the matte shadow background. I’m curious!

Was the formula of the shiny shade in the prada palette you used this time different from the shiny shade from the other prada palette? It just looks so much more gorgeous and I'm trying to figure out if it is because I like that shade more or if the one you used in this video actually is better.
Different formula! The gunmetal has a lot more shimmer. The one in the 6 palette was like a satin foil.
Would you recommend the Prada over LE? I have combo skin and I've been enjoying the Dior Matte, but I'm really struggling to find my winter shade and was considering going back to LE or trying the Prada. I've gone through 2 LE foundations, but sometimes in the winter it feels a bit dry.
How does the Prada foundation compare to the Chantecaille Just Skin Tinted Moisturizer? I try so many new foundations / tints and keep coming back to it.
What skin tints would you compare to the foundation?

Thank you for this review. I'll admit I was never going to buy the Prada foundation, but I couldn't if I wanted to if their lightest shade suits you (I'm several shades lighter & more muted neutral). Why do large companies persist in not catering to the whole spectrum of human skin tones?

Has anyone been able to track down the full ingredient list for the Prada foundation? I can’t for the life of me find it on any site. Usually like to run the ingredients through cosdna first to see if it will break me out or not, and this one is so pretty!

Wrt to Harrods, the UK has quite strict consumer laws when it comes to distance selling, so they really dropped the ball. Not really surprised tbh, Harrods are the worst. I haven't visited in years bc every time seems to be more crowded and more miserable. I'll take Liberty or Selfridges any day (even if Selfridges is a bit much).
if you had to pick one foundation, concealer, blush, bronzer, eyeshadow and mascara what would they be and why? ideally long wearing. Also would be open to a whole video. I am a teacher with skin like yours and looking for simple.

Woah it’s interesting that you don’t want to bring out the red in your eyes! I like to make my eyes look as big and round and red (red-brown iris, not red in the whites) as possible, but I also do a million weird things every day so 🤷♀️

Maybe I have crazy standards for lipstick but I would like it to last for like 3ish 4ish hours. I have an in person job& I would want it to at least make it to meals. I don’t expect it to last through a meal, but like at least to the meal.
I don’t mean that in a rude way but more like a girlfriend tellin you her partner is nice to her. Like- yes. They’re supposed to. & like bless her heart that she’s dated POS people in the past.

UK return policies are notoriously horrible. Anything that is consumable is almost never allowed to be returned or exchanged. I’ve been here 6 months, and I ordered the La Mer tinted sunscreen from House of Fraser after ages of research, not knowing I’m allergic to octinoxate, and it’s been two weeks since I reached out saying “hey normally I wouldn’t ask for a return and refund, but this gave me a horrible allergic reaction and this price is steep. Here are photos of all of my red inflamed gross skin.” I reached out yesterday, and they first regurgitated what they initially said that’d they “escalate it” and let me know, and I pressed and said nah, already been through that ish and I will put a payment stop if I have to. They did get back to me immediately and said that it’d already been resolved (news to me, never heard anything) but that they’d “push” to see if they can work out a refund.
That is the only thing I dislike heavily about being a consumer here with sensitive peculiar skin in an area that isn’t in the country, but London is still a 40 min train ride - ordering online is hell, return policies are cruel, and communication is shit. Also no one gives samples. (Sephora and SpaceNK do, but again, 40 minutes away.)
