Been on zep since the end of December... down 57lbs and so much happier. I love the feeling i get when i take zep, that full feeling, something i wish i had before
The full feeling is what bothers me but it’s helping me not eat like I used to which is nice but I feel full all the way up to my throat. Is that how it was for you?
This drug is a game changer for me.. I have lost 22 lbs in 2 months.. lowered my bp, stopped cravings, I eat smaller portions and no food noise… no side effects for me.. I am on the lowest dose.
I lost 15 lbs on the lowest dose now I’m at 5mg..but I also incorporate exercise this in 5 wks..also if your on state insurance there is a way they will approve you. I paid for my first month 1400.00 then I changed my doctor 😒 I just paid 3.00 🤦🏾♀️
I started 3 months ago on the 2.5 dosage . We moved to the 5.0 after the first month and my Dr. believes this dose, 5.0 is the right dose for me because I’ve had no side effects at all. I’m down 43 pounds, I work out every day and I feel amazing! Good luck to all of you that try it!
Started Monday five days ago have dropped 6 pounds no cravings filling up quicker. I feel like I finally may have found something that’s gonna help me. Amen.
Congrats.. good to hear! I'm on the same insurance, and mine is denied $1150/ month. Guessing your employer, stepped up to make sure, weight loss drugs are approved.
😂 I’m on Zepbound 7.5 mg , lowers cholesterol, cures sleep apnea, regulates blood sugars, increases metabolism and energy, protects from heart disease, heart attacks, and strokes, it’s not a weight loss drug , you do lose weight because you don’t feel hungry, so you decide not to eat as often, I day fast example, I only eat after 5pm once a day 😅 I lost over 85 pounds in 7 months
I started 2 weeks ago. Already lost 5 pounds. On top of that my doctor and I suspect I may have Crohn's so now that there's less food in my gut, I have more energy and I'm in less pain.
It is so much easier to keep up a healthy diet with Zepbound (eat less carbohydrates and sugar). And fortunately I am already exercising regularly. So Zepbound is helping me tremendously. About the cost: there are cheaper generics available. But make sure to have them checked by an independent laboratory. Using cheaper generics will very well save you the same amount on food cost. Because you will eat significantly less. Last tip: Don’t forget to add vitamin and mineral supplements if necessary.
Why would you stop? It is recommended to stay on Mounjaro/Zepbound or Ozempic/Wegovy forever. This is because studies show people who discontinue the drugs gain most of the weight back. Also, Ozempic/Wegovy has a lot of other benefits, particularly for heart health. Not known yet if Mounjaro/Zepbound has the same beneficial heart effects but studies are underway. I will stay on forever. Seems to me more reasons to keep taking than to stop.
@@suemontgomery7375 it’s expensive, for one. I will do whatever I have to I suppose, but I would like to develop habits to maintain my weight naturally. I don’t have a genetic predisposition, or any medical reason I am fat. I’m just from the Midwest and eat my feelings lol.
I’ve lost over 50lbs in 7 months on Zepbound. No longer obese or overweight, sleep apnea is gone too (AHI from 27.7 to 4). I did a month on 2.5mg (lost 8 lbs) and 5 weeks on 5mg (another 17lbs lost) before the shortage hit. I got moved to Wegovy, but couldn’t tolerate it, so I took 2 weeks off and then restarted at 2.5mg (no weight lost during that month, but none gained either). Lost another 7lbs on the 2.5mg and I’ve been on 5mg since (20 lbs in 3 months). I’ve started spacing out my doses because I’m at a BMI of 23.9 and I don’t want to lose too much muscle mass. Went 10 days, still down another 1/2lb. I have Hashimotos and already struggled with constipation, so I have to be vigilant on that. Had some nausea when I first started/re-started 5mg, but I don’t really notice it anymore. Had “cheerio burps” when I first started. I take gas-x/simethicone a couple of times a day, and tums once or twice a day. Otherwise I feel fantastic; it doesn’t bother me that I may be on this the rest of my life. It makes my metabolism willing to play nice, and that’s worth it.
@@n.g9825 I had to stop it completely. The symptoms got so bad I had to do to the er multiple times. It made me almost pass out and made my anxiety so high.
Try a different injection site. I have horrible side effects when I injection my arms, but very mild side effects when I injection my stomach or thighs.
Just started my first dose of Zepound today! I will be documenting my journey so if anyone is interested in seeing how it works, please feel free to subscribe!
@@saracastillo6117 this is the end of week three and I have no complaints! I have lost about 10 pounds already and I can see some inches gone from my waist. But this is also coupled with daily exercise and making sure that I increase my protein intake while staying in a caloric deficit.
I would definitely recommend staying hydrated and drink a protein shake/smoothie daily to make sure you are replenishing the muscles that you’re working out if you do choose to have an exercise routine.
It’s a wonder drug. Unbelievable how it takes away my craving for snacks. I also have to make my self eat 2 a day I have lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks your right the price is high. But so is tummy tucks Lypo suction. No pain with this stuff love it
I was in the same boat, I took Wegovy for 2 months with working out and fasting etc and lost nothing not even an ounce. But then my doctor changes to Zapboud and I lost 12 pounds in one and half months, it’s slower compare to other people but at least it’s working.
WeGovy gave me nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I didn't lose anything on it, either. I will see what Zepbound does. If that doesn't work, then it is Gastric Sleeve surgery.
took trash out and found a mounjaro my inner chemist had to see what's this funny thing since having covid two bites of anything ugh I'm done was 268lbs now 150 food is over rated
I don’t have a gallbladder either. I haven’t had one for 14 years. I have been on Zepbound for a month and it has been heaven sent. I drink lots of water, electrolytes, eat clean now, work out 5 days a week( weight lifting and cardio) everyone is different but for me it has been great.

Wow 6 pounds in 5 days 😮
Ten pounds down in the first two weeks. No side effects for me! I eat much less and don’t have the cravings.
This is what I deal with, cravings. If I can get them under control, I think I will be able to eat cleanly.
