Hardest part for me was putting the door panel back on and getting everything to line up correctly

I bought my 2004 Chevy Suburban 1500 Z71 in 2015. From the day I bought it, the driver side rear window wouldn't work. I never fixed it because I was always doing other things and living in Texas means keeping windows up and turning AC up. After a few years, the other rear window stopped working too. I recently decided to start fixing up Bessie and wanted to make sure everything is working well. I had really let a lot of things go and now I'm playing catch up. I bought the same regulators that you bought for both back doors and put them both in today. I never realized it would be so easy. The left side door was so bad that it was disconnected so nobody could even try to use it and there were screws in the vertical rails to hold the window in the up position. It was really fixed shut. Now, both windows are working like a charm. I got mine from Advanced Auto for about the same price. I have had a window regulator replaced for me by a BMW mechanic (for my BMW at the time) and he charged me over $300 for one. This cost me about $70 per window. Thank you very much for this video. It really made my day and saved me a bunch of money.

This is the best tutorial on this particular regulator I've seen! Thank you for making this

Really appreciate this. Thought I'd have go pay a few hundred bucks to a mechanic but got it done for 50 and change in an hour in my driveway.

Great job on the tutorial. All i needed to find was patience in working the old out and the new one in.
    Good job!
    Thanks

Thank you for posting this. This is the exact same position as mine that went out last night. $80 for the part and about half an hours time, and it is done in time for dinner.
    Thanks again!

These instructions were right on. I did the other side a few years ago on my own. I took off all that plastic this was way better. Thanks

Liked the video,,but there was a piece of plastic that holds the cable laying at the bottom of the door. I'm 5hrs away from my wife. Didn't know how it was positioned. She heard a pop an the window fell down.
