When we can travel again, you should go to central Spain (maybe Segovia) and try their version of lechon. They roast the suckling pig which is a lot smaller than the Filipino lechon.
I just watched a video by spain speaks from Segovia. Would love to visit! So many other cities I would like to explore... one day i might just rent a car and drive around spain. Valladolid, Galicia, Granada, Costa Brava soo many cities to visit still.

Wine paired with those meats were amazing! We were literally in the middle of nowhere. Apparently we were near a prison!

They don't normally roast pig that size, it's too big. In the Philippines they roast medium size pigs.
I was expecting the crispy skin and fatty pork with mang tomas! Hahaha
Yeah we roast small and medium pigs in Hungary too.. these fatties are for the feast 😄

this pig not was so big, we cut off 150-200 kg pigs every year
