What is it about sega that people who have had a sega love soooo much. My first system was a master system, second was the genesis. I was completely envious of my friends that had the sega cd and Saturn. I absolutely fell in love with sega, so I ended up purchasing all the sega consoles when I got older. So seeing this lil handheld makes me smile…like really smile :):):) I’m glad to see sega get the love it deserves :)
Agreed! Personally, the better versions of games are on Sega. Rampage is better on the Master System than NES. Aladdin is better on Genesis than SNES. It's hard to explain but I feel like the graphics are just richer on some games than NES.
Agreed! Especially on Aladdin. Kinda sucked on snes actually lol. Also look at some of the later games on the genesis. Vector man, ranger X, oasis (I think that’s what it was called) they were really tapping into the genesis’ potential. They pretty much made that 256 color palette or however many colors it was into like millions of colors. Also no slowdown and tight controls n gameplay. Even some of the later RPGs that didn’t make it over here were graphically amazingly beautiful. Colors galore. And the darker themed games had that richness and set the tone. Just a few thoughts. Also, they weren’t afraid to try new game ideas…Ecco anyone? I loved the original and the Dreamcast version. Okay, enough from me lol. Later@@RetroFunTech
I appreciate your video. I just ordered one in the transparent blue also. We seem to share a lot of the same reasons and nostalgia. I'll definitely be follow.
I'd love to see more about it's ability to work hooked up to a television and hooked up to other Bluetooth controllers.
Mine will arrive next week in transparent black. I'm very exited! Great video
Nice! Thanks for watching!
Tech Toy Tinker ist at porting Retro Arena already, I also Love the ergonomics, I had a GameGear back in the day and it needed a whole lotta Batteries.😅 But to be able to Play in color while everyone else was still playing in a monochrome lcd was pretty amazing.
Yes, I looked into it and am waiting for a more stable version of it to release, then I will check it out and make a tutorial on it.
Thanks for watching!👍
A lot of Saturn games can't run at a stable 60fps, and that's a shame for a device like this. If the ARC had a better cpu, a analog stick and analog triggers, it would be the ultimate Sega Saturn handheld, but in the actual state is just a very nice mega drive handheld. And of course is great to run Capcom Fighting games too, everything from CPS1, CPS2 and CPS3 runs great
It’s so weird man, I have 10 Saturn controllers and none of them have analog triggers either. Sega missed out on making the Saturn more ultimate apparently.
Did you try the beetle-saturn core in retroarch for Saturn games?
Awesome handheld! I may have to wait on it though.. kinda had my eye on the 35xx Plus 🤔👾
Great vid! I agree on the love for Sega! 😊 At 41, I'm well aware of the greatness that was Genesis. Lol..mass happy they made it.
Btw.. I think the fact they don't ship Google play with their Android devices has to do with it being from China 🤔 I believe there's some law that renders it no go. But I could be wrong
Thanks for watching!
About the Google Play, possibly but Anbernic released the 405v with the play store installed. (Unless my memory is off lol). They are just weird sometimes. Lol
Have fun with the 35xx plus! Waiting for mine as well.
As if they care about laws or copyrights... I doubt that, I think it has some other reason!
Any troubles with corrupting SD-cards?
got mine a week ago haven't stopped playing saturn games since
Nice! What are some of your favorite Saturn games?

Did you try the sound output with headphones ? I read that there was background noise...
I will do that and get back to you.
Thanks@@RetroFunTech
10:43 what is this video? Is this a game? Great review btw
Thanks for watching!
It looked like a Saturday Morning Cartoon, Lol. It's Cadillacs vs Dinosaurs on Sega CD, I believe.
I Received my anbernic today. However i'm so confused on how to download the games to it.
Nice review. Maybe Ambernic left google play store out to skip on Android licensing fees? The S model colors look way better anyway. :P
Sega does what Nintendon't
Heck yeah! I was hoping someone would comment with that!
What? Abandon the console business because of back-to-back failures and become a third party developer?
@@Cyko.. this was Sega's marketing slogon in the early 90s in advertising the Genesis vs the SNES.
Okay 2001

What do you mean by, "I'm using the emulator section for these systems." and not using retroarch?
But can it play Cyberia (Sega Saturn)?😅
