Nice work guys, and Jaden, outstanding filming and video editing. I agree with Jaden that this is a great investment opportunity for someone. Small corporate gigs could stay there and it could even become a profitable AirBnb. I think a group of 4 to 6 golfers would easily chip in 5K pp to stay here for a week -- especially if Tyler is raking the sand traps for them. :-Þ
