I have seen a few factories constructing homes, my concern is that I see the window and door header plates but no Jack (trimmer) studs used in load bearing walls for rough in Door and window openings. How is load transferred to the floor and sagging avoided without the use of such studs? This is not just Champion framing where I noticed this issue, it was all videos of home factory operations.
Do all factory expo centers use the same pricing guidelines? We have a couple in our area, in neb. and Kansas that are little closer than Topeka, but they seem to list homes a higher $$$ than you do? Plus they don't have your salesmanship. We sort of feel like we know you, but don't really have a clue about them.

@@michaelstusiak5902 I'm not sure about Missouri lenders. You will want to check with some small town banks in your hometown that do one time closes.
Thought about buying a champion home in 2024 im going to retire,but I've seen other videos that show poor workmanship. Almost scared to buy one.
