Just got over it and I have tips!
So your going to be exhausted and tired all the time for a while that’s the recovery stage and personally for me taking naps doesn’t help but it’ll last for around 1-2 months for most people(just exhaustion)
If your throat hurts have peppermint flavored stuff it really helps
When you have mono your spleen gets enlarged so please be careful😭 bc if you do physical activity it could burst!
Mono isn’t contagious except if you share drinks or food or kissing someone ( only through saliva)
TELL YOUR TEACHERS if you have to put your head down they will most likely understand
If you want more just ask I’m a expert bc I still have it and was out of school for 2 months I just went back 2 weeks ago but it made me miss basketball tryouts and everything, I hope you don’t have it has bad!❤❤ hope you get better soon!(also it makes you lose weight so even if you don’t have a appetite you have to eat,that was one of the hardest things!) it doesn’t seem that bad for you but you can never be too carful!❤❤
