Cherokee Purple is my favorite! I have a soil disease in my garden (Fusarium oxysporium) so I graft a couple plants onto a disease resistant rootstock (Maxifort) and they produce beautiful, delicious tomatoes for me here in southern Maryland!
Same with SVB and squash and cucumber beetles 😭 I just learned there is a parthenocarpic zucchini out there and I’m considering buying those seeds for next year. I’m growing parthenocarpic cucumbers under cover this year. We’ll see how it goes…
I've been watching your videos since the beginning of last summer. So inspiring! Any chance you could make a list of these so I don't have to pause and write all of these down one at a time? I've been looking to expand my little garden and I've been dying to try that sweet cream tomato! Thanks for all your content!
Thank you for both the videos I’m starting from seed for the first time are finding my love of gardening last summer! Could you do a video on tips for seed starting? ❤️
Same with the SVB. Last year I decided to start another round of squash after the first batch were mutilated lol. Actually went well. I plan to get a second round of seeds going inside earlier this year. Just need to make sure the moths are done laying eggs when I put them out.
They’re the WORST. I’ve heard good things about planting later in the summer so I’m going to definitely try that this year! I’ll start my resistant varieties at normal time but then try to grow some other things much later and see if it helps!
I see a lot of companies selling the same seed varieties for different prices. Do u think the 1.99 is the same as the company selling for 3.50? This is only my second year so not sure if I should be choosy with the company?
Hello, I wandered over from Tik Tok. Love this video! Do you have any tips on how to deter chipmunks 🐿 from having a buffet. Last year, I got 2 tomatoes vs 12 to dear chippy

That’s a brilliant idea! I also have that soil disease in one of my beds. Need to try!
