It was so much fun traveling with you; and thank you for sharing how to deal with managing chronic pain and still wanting to be present for your friends ♥️ 🙆🏾‍♀️

This should be very helpful to people dealing with chronic pain!

I hope someone finds it even a little bit helpful or relatable! I think the main takeaway is the importance of listening to your body and staying within its boundaries. Thanks for watching 😊

I totally get where you are coming from with chronic pain. I was born with scoliosis and I have 24/7 back pain. so long trips are hard for me. I also bring a pillow to put behind my back and lie my seat down if we have no one in the car. my husband is amazing and he always makes sure to take breaks when I need it. The crazy thing i might be doing though is going to my 20th high school reunion a week or two after my hysterectomy which would not be so great but I cant miss it.

Shout out to the supportive partners that help make life a bit easier! My husband really takes a lot of stress out of situations like traveling and socializing because I know I always have help if I need it. I totally understand not wanting to miss something that big! My biggest advice (if you're open to receiving advice) for venturing out so soon after getting a hysterectomy would be to let other people help you (carry your plates or whatever it might be). Hope you have lots of fun at your reunion and wishing you a speedy recovery! ❤

Me too! I had a blast! I don't get out too often so it was nice getting dressed up for a change 😊

How is your pain on warm to hot days compared to rainy, cooler weather? Is there a difference?

I'm pretty sensitive to temperature. Rainy, cool weather will make me more achy and hot weather makes me tired and drains me of energy quickly
