I’ve ordered these lights last week, had them installed but the inner running lights and brake lights don’t turn on. The bodyshop i went to said they aren’t sure where to connect it. I have a mazda 3 GT 2016, any advice and is my car compatible even? Thanks!
Will these work on a 2014 Mazda 3 2.0L Base Model sold in the US? I understand that the Alexa nameplate isn’t sold within the US, also would it be a direct fit to the factory wiring plugin?
I recently installed these and after installation there is an electrical whining noise coming out of my driver side speaker. The noise does go away when I apply the brake. Could there be an issue with the wiring itself?
My 2014 Mazda 3 i Grand Touring only has one plug on the inner half of the taillight, for the reverse light. Will I still be able to run the inner running light/brake light? Will I need extra wiring?
@@Shromp-sh7lh I have a 2018 Mazda 3 Touring which only has the one plug in the inner tail lights. I have ordered these tail lights and can’t wait to replace them with these new LED ones 👍 Did you replace them yourself?
@@killbot86 I did! The lights are in fact 100% plug and play. There are splitter harnesses that allow power to go where it's needed without anything extra. Everything is preprogrammed and looks fantastic.
@@Shromp-sh7lh That’s awesome mate. I’ve watched many videos on how to change the tail lights before I ordered mine. They should hopefully get here in a few weeks. My only worry is that something is missing or that the lights don’t work for any reason, but fingers crossed it all goes smoothly 👍
I just installed these in my 2015 Mazda 3 I Sport and yes, if you follow the steps here, it's that easy, super cool, very unnecessary BUT I LOVE EM!
Are these a direct replacement with no modifications required? Model is a 2016 Mazda 3 Sedan. BM Maxx
Do you have lights for hatchback?

would these work at all in a gen 4 model
Hello, I just installed mine and they are wonderful but I realized that the resistor heats up a lot, is this normal or something I should worry about

Are these taillights compatible with a 2018 Mazda 3 that is not the axela model?
Hello, yes, it can fit but it's not compatible with hatchback.
Hello, what are the exact tools you used during installation?
you can do the whole thing with a socket wrench and a flat head screw driver
do these hold up in the winter?
Hi, yes, it can be used in winter. :)
