This and Adventure 2 are Tails' best portrayal in the series. He can be such a little badass when he needs to be Edit: Also Eggman is such a sore loser LMAO. he lost ONCE and was like "Welp, time to nuke station square along with myself I guess!" It must have really hurt when he lost to tails, just to lose again to sonic like 5 minutes later LOL
Here I come, rougher than the rest of them The best of them, tougher than leather You can call me Knuckles, unlike Sonic I don't chuckle I'd rather flex my muscles
Haven't watched the Knuckles part of the video yet, but I'm going to go ahead and comment this. Most of the bosses that Tails fights in his story are not actually him fighting the bosses. Multiple other stories can confirm that Tails didn't fight Knuckles or Gamma. Sonic did. Basically, when Tails is around sonic, he projects himself a bit onto Sonic and his mind. He imagines himself saying and doing some of the things that Sonic does. But when he's alone, that imaginary confidence isn't all there, until he learns to be confident in his self. After this, Tails no longer needs to imagine himself in Sonic's shoes to feel confident.
One detail I really love is how Sonic's and Tails' stories end. In Sonic's ending, Tails is trailing behind him, but in Tails' story, he's flying ahead of Sonic
knux is great lmao he is a bit more serious than sonic and tails but is also more naive bc of growing up in isolation and hes a bit of a hothead lmao hes one of my favorite characters in sonic also hes like CRAZY strong hes basically the bruiser in the team
So here's a detail I like- as you could see at the start of his story, Knuckles lives on Angel Island, which is a flying island (that now fell down after the Master Emerald was damaged) If you talk to the researchers at Mystic Ruibs early on in Sonic's (and Tail's) story, they'll talk about how a new mountain suddenly appeared over night like it fell from the sky; which is a neat bit of foreshadowing for those who remember what Knuckles' home was
24:00 So this is one of my biggest head cannons about Tails' story: Up until this moment, we've raced Sonic in every level. Now obviously, Sonic outspeeds Tails by a lot. But I like to think Sonic held back in these races to help train Tails, as well as give him confidence. So that should Sonic ever not be there, he can stand on his own!
Okay, so a gaming fact about Knuckles' campaign. The emeralds shards have like 20-something (just guessing the number) spawn locations per level that they could be at, and the three locations they spawn in are randomized every time you start up the level. As an example, there's a giant Sonic statue in the casino level. Sometimes you have to break it because there's an Emerald piece inside.
Tails campaign completed; it's probably best that you did Amy's before it since it covers a lot of the same bosses and levels as Sonic's campaign, making it feel kinda samey if you played it right after Sonic's. There was another upgrade for Tails that was actually available as soon as his story started; if you wanna look for it I'll just say it's in Station Square somewhere that only Tails can reach (and you could actually see it in the credits for his story too). Most other optional upgrades are also shown in the credits for their respective characters, probably to make finding them easier
@@Roamerplays In the Sonic Casino Level the purpose of failed garbage level is give you Rings. That had lots of Rings if you played as Sonic. You could get 100-200-300-400 rings if you escape it without getting hit. I remember playing that stage failing on purpose so i can get more Rings. And thats how you beat the stage faster.
@@Roamerplays you can get a lot more rings faster in the garbage level than playing the actual mini games you just need to not get hit. iirc thats the strat speedrunners use :)

I loved how funny it is when he loses and he instantly calls for Tails to wait lmao

I seem to miss upgrades quite a bit!
I think the purpose of failed casino level is to give you more rings for Sonic.
in the last one?
