Great question. Our mouthpieces are made from a very high-quality ebonite, often referred to as hard rubber - NOT plastic. All of our mouthpieces begin as ebonite molded blanks. By starting with a mold rather than rod rubber, we are able to deliver mouthpieces with much more complex inner-designs and greater consistency from one mouthpiece to the next. Hope this answers your question!
What reeds do u recommend on this mouthpiece? Vandoren blue box 3?
That would be the best place to start. You could also try V12 #2.5 or 3s and V21 #3s.
is this plastic or hard rubber? :)
