I can say I have used OLight customer service and they were very good. In the US we do have 21700 choices even with Amazon. It's becoming a better alternative to the 18650. Higher capacity and better drain.
Yes it’s a great light,,I purchased this last month and wow very powerful,,it also cost me a brand new rab jumper which was my fault,,I had the light in my hand why I was sorting my things out and the light burned a big hole in my jumper so be careful
Unfortunately, you're not the first and you probably won't be the last to burn out a pocket. It's very easy to do with these high powered lights. Shame it's a Rab jumper too
It’s called the Pee Run. Like when you’re camping and you’re sharing a tent with someone in the middle of the night and you have to go pee you tell them “I’ll be right back. I gotta go on a pee run”😂
Love my perun 2 once get used to them don't feel big to wear walked dogs cycled od jobs in dark easy 2,3 winters and camping summer still as was when new even battery lasts forever still only problem with olights is there addictive you buy 1 then you got 10 😂😂😂😂 as so good
Great question. I'd personally say no, it's weight is good with the headband. It's close to what some might think is heavy. If you're after super lightweight the Perun 3 mini might be good for you. I've made some content on that if it helps
It's definitely an Olight thing. They have recnelty released a model that doesn't use proprietary batteries so hopefully theres a light at the end of the tunnel
Oh no way. Didn't realise the OG was an 18650. That's a nice jump up in battery life but would increase the size too. I wonder if there was a lot of people either happy or unhappy when they battery/size

Reminds me of the Zebralights.
I always have a AA version of their headlight in my pocket.
Its a versatile style of light.
Best wishes

Is it same battery as in new seeker 4 Pro
Perun, Slavic and Baltic god of thunder
That's an epic knowledge nugget. With that region and geography as the Slavi and Baltic God's similar to the Viking Gods?
@@MoorlanderEDC Who's know? :) it's funny where the Chinese get the names for their products :D

I think this light needs a wider headband. I had a spare band from Nitecore for their HC65UHE and it is so much better for supporting this light.
Nice bit of kit, never hadthat style of light before
Makes you feel like a fireman hero
Thanks for the review
Do you feel it's too big and heavy for a headlamp?

Why o why with the proprietary 21700? Seriously OLight....

I've got a perun 1 the 18650 version,more on floodlight.
